Free Radicals: Your Nails’ and Hairs’ Enemy

Free radicals; they can make your hair and nails look aged.  It is therefore your responsibility to keep it at bay.  While we cannot fight aging, we can ensure that free radicals do not add to the natural effect of time passing us by.  Free radicals are damage our cells which in turn leave us with an aged look.

So how do we fight it?  One way is to ensure that we take the recommended amount of vitamins and supplements to keep free radicals at bay.  Supplements and vitamins come in different forms but all are designed to enhance our beauty.

The B Vitamins for example have an important role in cell metabolism and thus important to keep those pesky free radicals from damaging our cells.  These vitamins can be found on plenty of readily available foods.  The problem is, we are not very well informed about the proper diet which means we think that we are getting the right amount of all the right vitamins when in reality, we are lacking important vitamins like the B vitamins.

Forget about vanity first, we should look at the more important thing; our health.  If we lead a healthy life by avoiding hazardous vices like smoking, eat a balanced diet, exercise, and have a good outlook in life, we can be healthy and beauty is bound to follow.  Remember that a healthy person is a beautiful person.
