Taking Good Care of your Feet
The frequently most worn out part of our body is our feet. That is why we always find them so dirty and not that good. Our feet always have to say something about how we live our lives so they must never be an exception for cleanliness. We must clean them like how we usually do with the rest of our body.
Wash your feet always before going to bed because it is always better to take a rest with clean feet. After washing your feet, dry it with a clean towel and always wipe the areas between the toes because those spots being left wet will make an unnecessary odor. After making sure that your feet are already dry, moisturize them with a lotion or cream. An application of foot powder in a daily basis will preserve the good scent of your feet and make it sweat-free. Taking some walking exercises will help the blood to circulate properly and also will be good for the whole body.
Wearing the same pair of shoes everyday will not be of good help. Have some alternatives. When you feel even the slightest pain in your feet, do not fail to consult your doctor because it might just lead to even severe conditions. In wearing socks or stockings, choose the size that is exactly right for you. It should be the ones that are a bit loose enough to encourage better blood circulation for your feet. Lastly, after a long day of shoe-wearing give it time to rest and put your leg up for more relaxation.
