Wash Out Your Oily Hair

A shiny hair means a healthy one but it should not be too oily. The oil we have in our hair called sebum helps it to shine yet as we always say, too much is not a sign of a healthy lifestyle.

Here are some suggestions on how you can prevent the heavy oily hair that you have or might have. It always has something to do with the way you wash your hair. See to it that before you wet your hair, the tangled parts are already unravelled because that would mean a lot of effort if you will do it wet. Warm water is recommended for washing it and cold one is for rinsing. After pouring the shampoo into your hands, make sure that you rub your hands before applying it to your hair. Do it on the scalp and not on the end of your hair for it will just cause some damage. Rinse it and apply the shampoo again but this time do it on the middle part because the first application means cleaning your hair and washing out the oil.

The second one would be treating it. Your shampoo should be just a mild one and not high in harmful chemicals or with too much moisturising ingredients. Eating less oily and fatty foods can also help you lessen the oil in your hair. Fruits and vegetables would be of good help. Do not forget the fact that we must always maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle.
