What type of Nail do you have?
People have their own similarities and differences whether in attitude, lifestyle or physical appearance. That would also apply to nails, that’s why most of the time we ask ourselves why others have real fabulous nails and we don’t; why some can manage long nails and we have brittle nails.
First would be the normal nail, they can easily be categorized with their shiny and real pinkish appearance, it easily grows and is healthy and the moment you press them a bit, they slightly bend. This can be maintained by taking good care of your nails by eating a proper diet and preventing them to get in contact with some harsh ingredients. Next would be the dry nails, this can be distinguished by its dullness and lack of shine.
This can be cured by taking foods with vitamin e, such as almond oil, raw mango and other nutritious foods. Nails that grow so slow and that bends at the slightest touch are the soft ones, people who have such nails should be protected from water and dusts that makes their nails soft. They should always wear gloves in doing tasks done by the hands. Lastly, brittle nails which has breakages, split out and flaked. The primary cause of this is dehydration which of course can be best cured by constant moisturizing your nails. Eating the food and drinking vitamins that are good for the hair and nails would be a very good cure for brittle nails. Also, before going outside, an application of a basecoat is a big help and putting cuticle oil twice a day will surely make your nails healthier.
